Our partnership principle, based on success.

What is our support period ?

We begin our support as early as possible, between the project stage and the first round of financing. (Project, pre-seed and seed stages). But we can also start in other situations (launch failure, company reorganization, managerial transition…).
Our support comes to an end when the company has reached the necessary maturity to be autonomous, or shortly after the arrival of the investment funds, or during the B and C series stages.
The duration of support generally varies between 2 and 5 years.

How do we work together?

We only work with a small number of companies, so that we can devote as much attention to them as possible.
That’s why we rigorously select projects and entrepreneurs.
After several interviews, we check that our visions are aligned, then we sign the commitments.
During the mentoring process, we are always on hand to respond to your every need, assisting you in the co-construction of all the subjects necessary for the structuring, development and, more generally, the life of the company and the project. (business plan, contracts of all kinds, recruitment plan, communication plan and all other necessary plans…)
We also provide specific resources for finance, legal affairs and capital management.
We’ll also help you meet the right people (banks, investors, lawyers, chartered accountants, public authorities, etc.) to save time and give you peace of mind.

How does our remuneration work ?

To help you as fully as possible, we need to have the same ambitions as you.
We usually use a fixed fee of 5% of capital in exchange for support.
The sale of Series B or C shares provides us with a return on our investment.
If raising capital is not the entrepreneur’s objective, the company or majority shareholder buys back our shares according to a valuation method agreed at the outset.

What’s our goal?

At each stage our objective is different :

– Make sure the project is viable.
– Set up the company as smoothly as possible.
– Adjust financing requirements to operational reality.
– Structure the team harmoniously.
– Be administratively, legally and compliance compliant.
– Attract investors or become profitable.

We can take on the role of CDO for a small percentage of the capital calculated on our added value.

And because money isn’t everything, we’re also involved in corporate philanthropy.

Investment Fund

Direct financial participation is not at the heart of our model.
However, we do occasionally take a financial stake in projects via our investment fund.
And to cover risks we ensure our solidity through traditional, secure investments.
