What is our support period ?

We begin our support at the project stage, but we can also start in other situations (operational difficulties, company reorganization, managerial transition…).
Our support ends when the company has completed its transition and become autonomous in its new digital dimension.
The duration of support generally varies between 1 and 3 years, depending on the scale of the project to be implemented.

How does our remuneration work ?

To help you best, we need to have the same ambitions as you.
We usually use a provisional integration of capital in exchange for our support.
To do this, we agree on a valuation method for your company.
The difference between the initial valuation (prior to our support) and the final valuation (post-support) is used to calculate our remuneration based on our share of the capital allocated.
